Voted BEST MANUFACTURER OWN BRAND SAUSAGE!

This week the UK Sausage Week Awards 2019, sponsored by Meat Management magazine, saw a host of Sausage Producers, Butchers and Retailers from across the UK enter their products for several categories of awards.

Up against the likes of the major retailers and some of the largest UK sausage brands, we were proud to pick up our 3rd award of the year by winning the “Best Manufacturer Own Brand” category with our Newmarket Pig sausage and gaining a further award for ‘Highly Commended’ in the “Innovative category” for our Chilli Pig sausage!

We are all delighted with the news and it rounds off a fantastic year of awards – earlier this year we won the “Pride of Suffolk Business Awards” followed by 4 more Great Taste Awards to add to the existing collection!

It’s great to see the hard work of all of our team here at Powters has been recognised yet again and thank our loyal fans and customers for the continued support on our mission to bring the UK better sausages!
