Rob Walls Sausage and Chorizo Stew

Whats in it:

1/2 Pack Powters Party Pig Sausages

200g Diced Chorizo

400g Chopped Tomatoes

1 Onion

2 Garlic Cloves

1 diced Courgette

100g Green Olives 

2 tsp Smoked Paprika 

Salt and Pepper 

How to make it:

In a deep frying pan, finely dice the onion and cook (sweat) on a low heat with the garlic and smoked paprika until softened. Turn up the heat and add the sausages and chorizo to the pan and cook off unit browned (6 mins). Next add the diced courgette and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and reduce the heat to a nice simmer and add the olives. Slowly cook for 10 mins and add salt and pepper accordingly.

Great served with new potatoes or with pasta!
